Isabel Carapeta Wins Founder’s Community Mentee Award at Haddad Entrepreneurship Institute
We’re proud to share that Simplifyer’s founder, Isabel Carapeta, received the Founder’s Community Mentee Award at the Haddad Entrepreneurship Institute Stars Awards 2025 as part of its 3rd Anniversary Celebration at Nova SBE on April 10, 2025.
This award recognises the progress made through the Lighting up the stars — Mentoring Programme, where Isabel and Simplifyer worked closely with mentor Tim Ward, from Do and Grow, to strengthen our business model, refine our growth strategy, and build Simplifyer into a sustainable, scalable business.
Simplifyer is on a mission to help people manage receipts, warranties, and personal finances, with less paper, less stress, and more clarity.
Participating in Haddad’s Lighting up the stars — Mentoring Programme gave us access to invaluable mentorship and a vibrant founder community. It also allowed us to sharpen our focus and prepare Simplifyer for the next stage of growth both in product development and market expansion.
Receiving this award is a reflection of the team’s hard work and the guidance of our mentor, and we’re honoured to be recognised by one of Portugal’s leading entrepreneurship programmes.
We want to thank the Haddad Entrepreneurship Institute and all those involved in building this incredible ecosystem of entrepreneurs and mentors, specially Maria Eugénia Mascarenhas, Manuela Hitos, André Gonçalves, and Carla Portela.
We look forward to continuing this journey and to applying everything we’ve learned to make Simplifyer even more valuable for our users and partners.
